There is a suggestion for the formal island by island roster to be dropped in favour of a First Come, First Served check-in basis. Please let us have your opinion on ways to improve the present net experience. The Pros:-1) A formal calling structure that has a high degree of efficiency for traffic handling 2) Avoids light or compromised signals being swamped by the louder ones 3) Will add to co-net controlling and net relay benefits. The Cons:-1) The wait for your island turn on the roster could be 'a while' 2) The 'clinical' nature of a structured net can be boring 3) The 'Short-Time' check-in window can be over used by stations unable/unwilling to wait for their turn Operators inputs to date:-
